These are just some various notes from installing WFW 3.11 on a Dell 466/M. The basics of this machine are as follows:
- 66MHz 466DX2
- 16MB RAM
- S3 86C805 onboard

The S3 apparently only supports up to 256 color 800×600@60Hz. Drivers for it can be found in this Vogons thread but in case the links die I have archived them here. Install them through Windows Setup as normal, I am not sure of the difference between SF and LF but LF seems to work fine for me.
