MICROFRAME

MICROFRAME is a Microchannel IBM P/390 mainframe emulator card in an RS/6000 C10 desktop system running AIX. It has 128GB of emulated SCSI storage.

Unfortunately, the P/390 is a very limited system with only 128MB of RAM, and because of this access is available only to bona fide developers with a need to test their code, or for general research/development purposes.

The P/390 is capable of running the following:

• MUSIC/SP
• MVS/ESA 5.2.2 (ADCD)
• OS/390
• VM/ESA 2.1.0 (ADCD)
• VSE/ESA 2.1.1 (ADCD)

If you need something specific we can work it out. The P/390 is obviously only capable of running ESA/390 and compatible software, so nothing new and fancy.
